Woke at 04:30 this morning if I see that cockerel this morning I might have to let it have an accident and as for the monkey screaming from the balcony.....at least it made the dog bark to drown out the cockerel!
My back is not liking the bed, I am thinking tonight that I use the floor/camping mattress. Got up at 07:30 had some breakfast (something resembling a fried egg appeared on my plate) more Lycra and off to the pool for a dip, hopefully to straighten my back.
Yesterday my Lycra shorts were navy blue, today they are light blue. Top tip of the day: don't wear light blue Lycra shorts in the pool- they become v v transparent!!!
Just about to wave off the next load of intrepid mountaineers, I just need now to get on the mountain - 24 hours and counting every single one!!
